Northern Oklahoma Youth Services (NOYS) is a non-profit organization that exists to strengthen the families and youth of Northern Oklahoma. NOYS’ comprehensive array of programs provides a vital service to our community by decreasing the occurrence of child abuse, child neglect, family violence, teen pregnancy and juvenile delinquency.

Confidential and free services, including emergency shelter for those fleeing intimate partner violence, sexual assault support with crisis intervention and accompaniment, assistance in obtaining protective orders, legal advocacy with court support, specialized services for children affected by domestic violence and sexual assault, and a rapid re-housing program to help survivors secure safe, permanent housing.
